Kyle Sharkey & Sonduong Phan will lead a presentation on how to design and build a robot that negotiates a simulated polar environment, including crossing chasms, retrieving core samples, pulling a sled, as well as pushing a button to deliver a sample. Kyle & Sonduong will bring a sample robot and discuss the construction and programming of the robot. They will also discuss an upcoming robot competition for which they have formed a team and expect to compete. We may also see some of the video of the past competition at OSU. Open to public.
